WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All products are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please be sure to check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, alteration of its original design, or opening of bottles are excluded from the warranty coverage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the product you purchased from our website turns out to be defective, you must contact us via the contact section on our website within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer use, or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
